Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Fluency in multiple languages, including English.
