Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are resolved efficiently and effectively. Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights, as well as provide assistance with baggage claims, check-in processes, and general travel information. Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of blithequark's services, policies, and procedures. Maintain a thorough knowledge of blithequark's services, policies, and procedures, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and changes. Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, hospitality, or related fields are a plus. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role; this experience will have equipped you with the skills and knowledge to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers across various touchpoints. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive support when they need it.
