Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
