Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns from plan members regarding pharmacy benefit plans Provide accurate and timely information to plan members, ensuring that they understand their coverage and options Offer solutions and support to plan members, improving their overall healthcare experience Utilize computer applications and systems to access and update member information Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to issue resolve in a positive, helpful manner Open to engaging with customers in a patient, supportive way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life Reliability and consistency with scheduling principles Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy and express affirmation and confidence Strong customer service skills, including accommodating phone etiquette and exceptional professionalism Solid oral, written, and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
