Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Chat Representative to join the arenaflex team. As a Chat Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience when shopping online. You will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their orders, payments, shipping, and returns, and will work closely with other members of the support team to ensure that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
