Job Overview In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during challenging times. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, providing positive customer service, and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs. Work Schedule and Arrangements This is a part-time position working approximately 3-29 hours per week. You will have the flexibility to choose from two available shifts, working from the comfort of your own home office. The available shifts are: Fridays Only: 4:00PM-8:00PM CST Mondays Only: 2:00PM-6:00PM CST Please note that you will be required to remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support. Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Providing customer service and claim intake, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process, demonstrating compassion and understanding Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately, ensuring attention to detail and precision Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions, utilizing problem-solving skills and critical thinking Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage, demonstrating reliability and punctuality Successfully demonstrating arenaflex's core values, including customer first, self-motivated, teamwork, and continuous improvement Required Skills and Abilities To be successful in this role, you will require: Excellent language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide feedback verbally and in writing in a positive and professional manner Education and Experience The ideal candidate will have: A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred, but not required Network Requirements To work from home, you will need to meet the following network requirements: A reliable internet connection, with a speed test result that meets our minimum requirements (www.speedtest.net) An Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended You must be on a private network, and not work in public locations No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US Benefits and Compensation At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: Competitive hourly rate Ancillary benefits, including dental, accident insurance, critical illness, dependent care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings (eligibility varies depending on hours worked) 401K eligibility after 6 months of employment PTO eligibility after 90 days of employment Employee Assistance Program Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
