Job Overview This part-time customer service associate position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an essential part of our team. You will work 18.75 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 1 pm to 5 pm. As a primary point of contact for our customers, you will provide professional and courteous support, responding to and resolving customer inquiries within established department service levels.
