Job Overview As a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing information passage and patient enrollment, handling high-volume client requests, and utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data. You will work under direct management and be liable for the goal of resolving outsider oddballs and answering client inquiries. Your duties may vary depending on the allocated division, but your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate data entry. Key Responsibilities Utilize arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system. Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate to acquire missing prescription data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve all data entry issues related to special cases. Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed. Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements. Make phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain override approval, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. Provide assistance to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations. Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down a computer, use a mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between applications, save files, print reports, and access information online). Basic web browser skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a site, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out forms online. Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by the state as conceded by the state Board of Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification organization. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
