About the Role Our Customer Care Agents are the voice of our customers and play a vital role in our ongoing success. As a proactive and customer-focused individual, you will be responsible for delivering a tailored service that anticipates and meets the needs of our customers. With the ability to review customer interactions from a 360-degree perspective, you will be able to go the extra mile to ensure an exceptional experience for every player.
