As a Customer Service Associate with blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing them with personalized support and solutions to their queries and concerns. About the Job We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working full-time (40 hours per week) from the comfort of your own home in the Netherlands. As a virtual employee, you will need to have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection. We will provide you with a complete equipment package ahead of your first day of training. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries and concerns Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers, ensuring that they have an exceptional support experience Work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly Essential Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years old Right to work in the Netherlands Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English Experience working with a computer Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required) Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid) Preferred Qualifications Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Friendly and customer-focused in every situation, with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences Ability to learn quickly and embrace change, with a willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment, with excellent problem-solving skills What We Offer At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
