About the Role Dealing with incoming calls from customers in Jamaica, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions Taking accurate details of customer issues and passing them on to our expert Claims Engineers for assessment Communicating effectively with customers to ensure clarity and understanding, often being the first point of contact for our customers Processing incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely and professional responses Performing some computer-based administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and data entry Keeping an acceptable level of product knowledge to provide informed support to our customers Key Responsibilities and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be experienced in customer service, with a strong telephone manner and engaging personality. Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicle parts is preferred, and experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) is essential. A familiarity with or knowledge of Patois (Jamaican Dialect) could be beneficial in this role.
