Look no further! arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-Time Chat Support Representative to join our Global Inbound Center (GIC) team. **About arenaflex's Global Inbound Center** arenaflex's GIC is a virtual specialty unit that focuses on enhancing the continuous inbound experience for global clients through Live Chat with 24x5 availability. Our team members work collaboratively with various groups, including Site, Advanced Marketing, Request Age (DG), and AWS Support, to co-drive the customer experience. Our vision is to empower global clients to quickly connect with an AWS Agent and resolve their requests regardless of location. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing timely and effective responses to global clients' requests through inbound chats, scheduled callbacks, and calls, while delivering a positive customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and effectively. * Identifying clients' pain points and capturing their need for cloud services through chat capabilities and converting them into marketing qualified leads (MQLs) with accurate handover notes for our global sales partners. * Following up with unconverted MQLs to increase sales qualified lead conversion, resulting in a vertical pattern of pipeline engagement. * Building a stronger AWS leads dataset by exploring, updating, and maintaining client data within Salesforce and Amazon Connect. * Educating and nurturing clients/prospects at the beginning of their cloud journey, moving them from warm or low interest to active interest. This includes customized messaging about AWS services and differentiators. * Addressing the voice of the customer and recommending next steps to improve the customer experience to the GDSC/GIC/item group and other internal stakeholders. * Demonstrating excellent chat support behavior and being able to navigate the nuances of global communication/culture. * Being part of a global cross-functional team driving operational excellence and better customer experience. **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree * 2+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing roles *OR* relevant education foundation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Capabilities** * AWS Cloud Expert Certification/AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional * Technical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS * In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing: comprehend and recognize opportunities for clients * Proven ability to manage time and juggle multiple projects in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities * Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization with cutting-edge products/services * Ability to listen actively to clients, identify needs, and ask clarifying/exploring questions * Clear, concise, and confident communicator via phone or chat **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 * Flexible part-time schedule with 8 hours of work per week * Opportunity to work with a global cross-functional team driving operational excellence and better customer experience * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join arenaflex's Global Inbound Center team.
