To achieve this vision, we're building a world-class data warehouse and business intelligence platform that enables our users to make data-driven decisions with confidence. **The Role** We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Product Manager with expertise in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence to join our team. As a Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the next stage of scientific speed at arenaflex. You'll work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute a long-term product vision, guide investments in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, and drive innovation in data quality and analytics speed. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather input from customers and stakeholders on their vision, use cases, requirements, and pain points concerning the data required for product development and business operations. * Develop and drive the long-term product vision, guidelines, and details for investments in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (partnering with Engineering), and the applicable tooling that powers data experts, data scientists, and developers' interactions with these. * Drive an innovation plan in collaboration with Data Science to invest in higher-risk/higher-reward opportunities to deliver step-capabilities in data quality and analytics speed. * Drive evangelism, adoption, and customer satisfaction of our data investments through closer collaboration with stakeholders ensuring that we're building the right infrastructure and platform solutions for the issues the teams experience. * Manage the entire product life cycle, whether decisions require reinvestment, transitioning to maintenance or product retirement. * Measure and improve insightful speed. Identify components to evaluate how enhancements to data speed lead to product upgrades and innovation. * Assist in solving quick business basic issues in data warehousing. * Improve: Ensure most queries are run on top of a small set of tables that have been confirmed to be reliable. * Scale: Find systems to ensure that as the number of users using the data-warehouse grows, we have the right tools to maintain quality, documentation, pattern planning, and more. * Democratization and Independence: Foster the required tooling to reduce the dependence on experts and data scientists for insightful needs. **What We're Looking For** * 7+ years combined industry experience, including post-graduate experience in a highly specialized and scientific space. * 5+ years experience in product management or a similar role. * History of execution and delivery of engineering or scientific speed results. * In-depth understanding of data warehousing, and large data-inquiry tooling. * Strong technical breadth and judgment – ability to rapidly learn and dive deep on a range of technologies, ability to recognize technical risks and trade-offs to build a stack that works for arenaflex. * Ability to manage large data sets with high dimensionality and complexity; familiarity with SQL (or other database languages) and a scripting language (Python or R). * Comfort with a fast-changing environment and ability to manage ambiguity. * Remarkable relational skills and ability to work cross-functionally to identify valuable opportunities and deliver solutions. * Excellent relationship-building skills, organizational awareness, and ability to convince others to achieve program targets while holding yourself and your team to an exclusive standard of accountability. **About arenaflex Benefits** arenaflex offers a range of benefits to its employees, and some of these may have evolved or changed since then.
