Key Responsibilities As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Loan Approvals and Support: Analyze, appraise, and verify loan applications, and originate loans in accordance with our organization's policies and procedures. Payment Arrangements: Work with customers to clarify important points, finalize loan details, and keep customers informed about rules and obligations.
