Key Responsibilities: Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Utilize your excellent communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction via phone, email, and chat channels. Address Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related queries. Process Orders and Requests: Accurately and efficiently process orders, refill requests, and medication transfers while maintaining attention to detail. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Educate Customers: Inform customers about available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs. Maintain Confidentiality and Adhere to Policies: Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards. Utilize CRM Software: Document interactions and track customer feedback using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers. Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications. Multitasking and Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Pharmacy Terminology: Familiarity with pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage is a plus.
