**Experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative – Remote Research and Evaluation Expert**

If you're a highly motivated, process-oriented, and driven individual with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you. **Job Summary** As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for initiating phone and online inquiries to gather data on provider services and evaluate consumer experiences. You'll work closely with our team to understand project procedures and processes, engage clients in phone conversations, and document conversations with precision and clarity. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting project expectations and delivering exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform outbound calling and initiate offline inquiries according to the targets defined by the campaign * Understand project procedures and processes on how we engage and provide value to clients * Engage clients in phone conversations as their potential customers in a casual yet professional manner * Gather predetermined data about the provider services * Document conversations with precision and clarity * Send feedback to stakeholders through masterfully crafted emails * Keep up with numerous changes in the workplace, including but not limited to, processes, goals, and requirements, and still meet project expectations * Highly motivated, process-oriented, and driven to meet deadlines and goals * Keep track of personal productivity and be able to work independently with minimal supervision * Maintain personal equipment in a tiptop shape to ensure maximum productivity and deliver through goals **Competency Requirements** * Proficiency in advanced written and verbal communication skills * At least 1 year of outbound calling experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a work-from-home environment * Keen attention to detail and familiarity with the use of several remote work tools * Proven ability to multi-task and think outside the box * Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, and Salesforce are a plus **About arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're a small and mighty team dedicated to supporting the best providers in their efforts to serve their local communities.
