Job Overview In this full-time onsite customer service role, you will have the opportunity to "wow" our clients and colleagues with your exceptional customer support skills, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, resolving client issues, and coordinating prescription approvals with veterinary centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring timely and accurate processing of veterinary pharmacy orders, and maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Connect directly with veterinary centers to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues Complete data entry of prescriptions into blithequark's healthcare software Maintain an elevated level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders Work with empathy, undivided attention, patience, sympathy, and kindness to clients and partners alike Collaborate with a willingness to learn, sharing feedback, and being open to growth and development opportunities Communicate with veterinary facilities via phone (sometimes multiple lines depending on the situation) with various subjects, primarily using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record facility note accounts Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) Strong ownership, self-starter mentality, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook High school education or equivalent Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable Critical thinking skills Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adjust to change according to the business needs of the organization Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of veterinary pharmacy operations and procedures Experience with healthcare software and systems Bilingual or multilingual skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
