Key Responsibilities Monitor live voice chat interactions in real-time within gaming platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. Enforce community guidelines by issuing warnings, time-outs, or bans as needed, while maintaining a fair and unbiased approach to moderation. Essential Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely in high-pressure situations. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to remain calm and objective under pressure, with a high level of emotional intelligence and judgment. A basic understanding of gaming platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, etc., and comfort with moderating voice chats in diverse and high-traffic environments.
