Your primary focus will be on reviewing and responding to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses, enhancing these responses to add context and a human touch, and ensuring that all interactions are accurate, compliant, and effective. You will also be involved in auditing chatroom data, providing training to new hires, and supporting client user acceptance testing (UAT). Key Responsibilities Review and respond to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in every interaction. Enhance canned responses to add context and a human touch, providing personalized support to customers and exceeding their expectations. Handle enterprise-level and sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to blithequark's high standards. Audit chatroom data for accuracy, compliance, and AI training improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to optimize performance. Assist in training new chatroom operators and sharing best practices, contributing to the growth and development of our team. Support client user acceptance testing (UAT) by evaluating and providing feedback on chat interactions, ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Balancing efficiency with high-quality responses to maintain low wait times and minimize backlog, prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience. Maintain a high level of response quality, with interactions evaluated using a 1-4 rating scale for accuracy and effectiveness, striving for continuous improvement and excellence. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional attention to detail, strong typing skills, and excellent grammar, spelling, and logical reasoning skills. You should be able to interpret user intent when messages contain typos, slang, or ambiguous phrasing, and provide clear and professional written communication. Reliability, responsibility, and the ability to handle and analyze sensitive customer interactions are also essential. If you have experience with auditing and training, it would be a plus.
