Key Responsibilities Prepare, instruct, and grade all class coursework, ensuring a high level of academic rigor and engagement Assign final grades, providing constructive feedback and guidance to students throughout the course Maintain regularly scheduled office hours to meet with students, offering support and mentorship as needed Instruct assigned classes, utilizing innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience Grade all quizzes, tests, and written assignments, providing timely and informative feedback to students Maintain a safe and effective classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and intellectual curiosity Participate in department, division, and general adjunct faculty meetings, contributing to the development of our online philosophy program Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in Philosophy, or a Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum of eighteen (18) graduate hours in Philosophy. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, as well as proven teaching skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
