Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Elementary Intervention Teacher to join our team. As an Online Elementary Intervention Teacher, you will work collaboratively with our team to support struggling students and help them achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Implement research-based interventions that drive student growth and academic achievement Develop and utilize individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student Collaborate with administration, teachers, and other stakeholders to support struggling students and advance student performance Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress, providing regular updates and feedback Deliver online instruction to small groups of students, using a variety of instructional strategies and technologies Assess students in-person and online, using a range of assessment tools and techniques Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and drive student growth Document interventions and outcomes, maintaining accurate and detailed records Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization Essential Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Valid Elementary Teaching License Minimum of 3 years of classroom experience and/or interventionist experience, specifically teaching reading and math at the elementary level Strong background in technology, including basic troubleshooting, site navigation, and proficiency with spreadsheets Ability to obtain teaching certification in Arizona, Colorado, and Washington Ability to pass required background checks Ability and willingness to travel to assigned testing locations and physically proctor student assessments (applies to Arizona and Colorado candidates only) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to aggregate and analyze data to inform instruction Strict attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records Ability to work collaboratively in teams and with individuals, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture Preferred Qualifications and Skills Master's degree in Education or a related field Experience with online teaching and learning platforms Knowledge of research-based interventions and instructional strategies Experience with data analysis and interpretation, using data to inform instruction and drive student growth Strong technical skills, including proficiency with learning management systems and educational software Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken by our student population Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with special needs and English language learners Career Growth and Development Opportunities At Learning Network, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
