Client Service Processor (4 months Contract)

They are seeking a Client Service Processor to manage the digital distribution of documents and support various teams within Wealth Management. Responsibilities Triage incoming mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork Assist with non-financial processing when required, while meeting service standard deadlines Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes Provide support for small projects, as required Monitor and manage the team shared email boxes Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system (enhanced computer skills are necessary) Skills Excellent organizational skills Analytical and detail oriented Working knowledge of Microsoft office products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal and team building skills Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities On Base (imaging system) experience an asset Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs Company Overview Canada Life looks after retirement, investments, Estate Planning, Wealth Management, Investing for Children, Flexible Life Plans.
