Key Responsibilities Attend all departmental meetings, company meetings, and in-services to stay informed and up-to-date on organizational developments Report to work daily and be ready to work at the scheduled start time, demonstrating reliability and punctuality Perform any other duties that may be requested by supervisor or management, showcasing flexibility and adaptability Remain knowledgeable about all products and services offered by arenaflex, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment, contributing to a positive and healthy work culture Perform all other duties as assigned and required, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Meet the minimum monthly goals, striving for excellence in customer service and support Work varying start times, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that customers receive support when they need it most Demonstrate fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and technology systems Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
