Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree : A degree in a relevant field, such as customer service, business administration, or communications, or equivalent experience. 5+ Years of Customer Service Experience : Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer support, with a strong track record of resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
