Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to join our customer support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email and chat, ensuring that our customers have a smooth and seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Quickly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Assist customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues, providing accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, working with other departments to address and resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
