Key Responsibilities Technical Support Expert : Serve as a go-to expert for providing technical support for our mobile games across various platforms. Manage player tickets effectively with the assistance of support engineers to ensure timely resolutions. Global Player Engagement : Engage with a diverse and global player base, offering technical advice and assistance to ensure a seamless gaming experience. Issue Resolution and Collaboration : Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve technical issues. Collaborate with various departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to provide comprehensive solutions. Research and Continuous Improvement : Utilize your research skills to come up with innovative solutions and enhance our support services continuously. Requirements Multilingual Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German, and Russian. Technical Aptitude : A knack for quickly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Experience with Mobile Games : Experience playing mobile games is preferred, as it will help you understand the gaming environment and provide more effective support.
