Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer support, operations, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving improvement and growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams. Strong industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of customer support principles, practices, and technologies. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile, with certification preferred. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, with the ability to drive insights and inform strategic decisions. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or a related continuous improvement methodology. Experience with project management methodologies, such as PMP or Agile. Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and technologies, with experience in implementing and optimizing digital solutions. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a distributed setting.
