Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multi-National Travel Program Specialist to join our Travel Program Management (TPM) practice line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert consulting services to our multi-national clients, driving travel program optimization, and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Provide short-term consulting engagements, including Commodity Management Sourcing (Air, Car, and Hotel Programs), Project & Experience Management, Sustainability & Wellbeing, Travel Program Optimization, and Traveler Behavior Compliance Science Interface regularly with GBC Category Practice Line Leads, utilizing best practices to drive results and deliver exceptional client service Build strong relationships with Multi-National leadership and commercial teams, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve travel programs Generate creative ideas to innovate products and services, using analytical and creative approaches to condense large amounts of information Drive results with urgency and customer-focused problem-solving, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in client communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and success Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of travel data and related processes, with the ability to analyze spend and trends. You will also require excellent technical skills in travel technology, including online booking systems and reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills, dedication to quality, adaptability, and change management, are essential. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a global environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience in travel management or consulting, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and its trends Fluency in multiple languages, with English being the primary language of communication Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations effectively Education and Experience Requirements A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality, is required. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel management or consulting is preferred, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is also eligible for an annual Performance-Based Incentive, based on company performance.
