You will work from the comfort of your own home or our Aurora office, using our internal software program and other tools to effectively make and take inbound and outbound calls. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans and taking payments by phone * Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day * Continuously improving, with supportive coaching/feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training * Working with your teammates to support and help fellow reps in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Handling an average of 60-100 calls per day, with the ability to adapt to changing call volumes and priorities **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to hospital clients and their patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Handle medical billing and payment plans, including explaining confusing and sometimes expensive medical bills to patients * Use internal software program and other tools to effectively make and take inbound and outbound calls, including Microsoft Teams and reference materials * Accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day, using computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail * Work with teammates to support and help fellow reps in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Continuously improve skills and knowledge, with supportive coaching/feedback from manager and team leads and ongoing training **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1-3 years of experience in medical billing and customer service, with a strong focus on retention and customer satisfaction * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clients, and teammates * Strong computer proficiency, with the ability to learn multiple Electronic Medical Records, software programs, payment portals, and call programs in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work from home or in our Aurora office, with a reliable internet connection and network speeds of at least 50 mbps download and 15 upload * Must be a resident of Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Texas, or Kansas **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior work from home experience, with a strong understanding of remote work environments and tools * Experience with Electronic Medical Records, software programs, payment portals, and call programs * Demonstrated history of good retention and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results * Basic technical savviness skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive base salary, with monthly performance bonuses averaging $100-$400+ a month ($1,200-$4,800+ annually) * Stable base pay, with opportunities for growth and advancement * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off * Work from home opportunity or in our Aurora office location * Must be a Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Texas, or Kansas resident **Why Join Blithequark?** * Join a dynamic and supportive team that values our employees as part of the family, not just a number * Work from the comfort of your own home or our Aurora office, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth and advancement * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off * Be part of a company that is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients, with a focus on integrity, passion, and respect * Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities, with supportive coaching/feedback from manager and team leads **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
