As a Media Planner in our Ad Demand Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing media plans, managing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams and external clients. This is a remote opportunity with an immediate start, offering the flexibility and autonomy you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Media Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans for RFPs, create external site lists, and recommend supply pricing and packaging strategies. Campaign Management: Ensure media plans are executed properly, manage and optimize end-to-end campaigns, and troubleshoot issues on pre-production and live campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with internal Demand Sales and Demand Operations teams, as well as external clients, to align media plans with supply and market conditions. Tactical Plan Development: Own tactical plan development, recommendation building, and negotiations across respective channels. Supply Performance Analysis: Analyze supply performance to package performance-based supply for DTC and direct response buyers. External Facing Site Lists: Manage external facing site lists, including pricing and avails. Prioritization and Time Management: Re-prioritize work as needed, understand inbound requests, and meet deadlines across the business. Essential Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in online advertising, with a preference for campaign management and media planning. Programmatic experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of various ad technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs) and ad servers (experience with SpringServe preferred). CTV experience is highly preferred, with a keen understanding of the connected TV landscape. Highly self-motivated and well-organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with Google Sheets and able to consolidate information and work with multiple data points. Experience with troubleshooting discrepancies, tag setup issues, delivery issues, and other technical support inquiries. Preferred Qualifications Inventory Management experience is a strong plus, with a deep understanding of inventory management principles and practices. Demonstrated strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and partner timeline expectations. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and negotiate with internal clients.
