Responsibilities As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, your responsibilities will include: Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services Qualifications We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
