Primary Responsibilities Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans, providing timely and effective support Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion, confirming member eligibility, and answering member inquiries regarding transportation services Identifying and assessing members' additional needs, intaking member concerns, and actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in a fast-paced environment Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment Required Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
