About the Role As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the voice of our brand, providing high-touch service to customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work in a remote, call center environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, demonstrating a sound understanding of our products and services, and providing critical service and product information to our customers. Key Responsibilities Act as a brand ambassador for blithequark Luxury Stores, providing exceptional service to customers and promoting our brand values Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues across multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution Reply to customer inquiries about fit, fashion trends/style, product availability, and promotions, providing personalized recommendations and solutions Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of blithequark Luxury Store's full range of products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and offerings Handle customer inquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner, utilizing a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries and identify and escalate system errors and technical issues Ensure clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers' voices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations Work with external shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international issues, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and integrity Confidence to make decisions on late returns, faulty goods, and concessions if necessary, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Experience working in a high-volume environment, with a proven track record of maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service Highly proficient with desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers, with comfort working with computers and smartphones Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of customer service Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
