[Remote] Field Operations Coordinator

The Field Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting traveling renewable energy technicians by ensuring smooth and efficient field operations. Responsibilities Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of crews to and from project sites Arrange truck rentals, pickups, drop-offs, and returns Coordinate travel logistics including accommodations, vehicles, and site access as required Ensure crews have required tools, equipment, and PPE prior to site arrival Track and support crew schedules, rotations, and site assignments Serve as the primary point of contact for traveling technicians for day-to-day questions, issues, or concerns Ensure technicians clearly understand their roles, responsibilities, and site expectations Support onboarding of new field technicians by coordinating site readiness and logistics Act as a calm, responsive escalation point when issues arise in the field Liaise with clients, site leads, and internal teams to ensure alignment on schedules, access, and expectations Support communication between field crews and project/site leadership Participate in site meetings or calls as required Travel to project sites as required to conduct site visits, support crew onboarding transitions, address operational or logistical issues firsthand Build strong working relationships with field crews through visible, supportive presence Maintain accurate records related to logistics, travel, equipment, and site coordination Support continuous improvement of field operations processes Assist the Operations Manager with planning, reporting, and operational coordination Skills Experience in operations coordination, logistics, field support, or project coordination Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with a strong ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to work efficiently across multiple software platforms and systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once Excellent verbal and written communication skills — comfortable working with technicians, managers, and clients Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in dynamic, changing environments Willingness to travel to project sites as required Strong attention to detail and follow-through Drivers License (Required) Experience in renewable energy, construction, utilities, or industrial field work Familiarity with PPE requirements and field safety environments Experience supporting traveling or rotational workforces Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Company Overview WHAT WE DO: We are a top tier service provider for the renewable energy industry including: Wind, Solar, BESS and Data Centers.
