About the Team and What We'll Build Together As a member of our blithequark Contact Center team, you will have the unique opportunity to generate meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. How You Will Make an Impact As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for: Learning specific client loyalty program guidelines and applying that knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences Answering all incoming inquiries directed to you in various media channels (phone, email, chat) in a professional and customer-centric manner Approaching each day with a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude, always acting with integrity and communicating clearly and concisely Taking ownership of customer inquiries and working towards a resolution, de-escalating issues as necessary through effective communication and problem-solving skills Efficiently using all internal systems and resources, working independently without relying heavily on your team or supervisor Adhering to schedules and company policies and procedures, escalating any issues or concerns that cannot be resolved through normal efforts What You Need to Be Successful To excel in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication Ability to attend a 7-week training program (remotely) with 100% attendance, demonstrating your commitment to learning and growth Basic computer knowledge with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), with a strong customer service orientation and collaborative nature Good problem-solving ability to effectively guide customers through solutions, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers, with the ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environment Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with the ability to multitask in the system while talking and meet deadlines (service level agreement responsiveness) Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, and a strong home wifi connection, with a quiet home office environment Preferred qualifications include 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong background in loyalty marketing or a related field.
