Key Responsibilities: Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines and apply this knowledge to resolve customer inquiries. Respond to incoming inquiries through various media channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a timely and professional manner. Approach each day with a positive, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude, acting with integrity at all times. Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing, to resolve customer issues and provide support. Take ownership of customer inquiries, working towards a resolution and escalating issues as necessary through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Efficiently use internal systems and resources to resolve customer issues and improve overall performance. Work independently, adhering to schedules and company policies and procedures, while maintaining a collaborative and flexible approach to work processes and environment. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to attend a 7-week training program (remotely) with 100% attendance. Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 1+ year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience). Strong customer service orientation with external and internal customers. Collaborative nature to work within assigned teams. Good problem-solving ability to effectively guide customers through solutions. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers. Ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environment. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience preferred. Strong home WiFi connection and quiet home office environment.
