Key Responsibilities Leverage your existing portfolio of logistics clients to generate new business opportunities for blithequark. Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts, nurturing relationships and exceeding customer expectations. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outreach strategies. Respond to and manage RFQs and RFPs, creating compelling proposals that showcase blithequark's expertise. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer issues. Track shipment movements and provide proactive updates to customers. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Utilize transportation management software and CRM systems to manage accounts and track progress. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have an established portfolio of existing logistics customers, as well as a strong background in truckload freight and B2B sales. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management software is also required. Essential Qualifications Established portfolio of existing logistics customers. 3+ years of experience in truckload freight (dry van, reefers, flatbeds), including pricing, carrier sales & procurement, and customer operations. 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales environment, demonstrating the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management software. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM systems. Passion for continuous learning and professional development. Extensive network of contacts in the logistics industry.
