About the Position: Post Production and Customer Success Intern As a Post Production and Customer Success Intern at blithequark, you will report directly to our Senior Editor. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and managing content, overseeing film production and operational efforts, and building highlight reels for high school student-athletes. Additionally, you will process event film generated from video packages sold at recruiting events and provide exceptional customer support by troubleshooting issues and responding to inquiries via email and phone. To excel in this role, you must possess a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following requirements: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a strong academic record and a passion for sports and the recruitment process. Experience with digital editing software, such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier, is preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidate. Proficiency in content creation, with sports-related experience being a significant plus. Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Internship Details: The internship will commence on Monday, June 3rd, 2024, and conclude on Friday, August 30th, 2024. This is a fully remote position, although you will have the option to report to our Manhattan office if preferred.
