About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a customer service representative, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Key Responsibilities Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide excellent customer service through active listening, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, adhering to all relevant data protection policies and procedures Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and taking a customer-centric approach Appropriately communicate with customers, providing clear and concise information and ensuring that their needs are met Qualifications and Preferences To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Minimum of 6 months customer service experience Be over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 words per minute High School Graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems and proficiency in using various software applications Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner In addition to these qualifications, we prefer candidates who have: 6 months of Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Ability to use Windows operating systems and proficiency in using various software applications Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a timely and efficient manner Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM systems and other customer service tools Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with endless development opportunities and creating outstanding work experiences.
