About the Role We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Agent to join our team in Brentwood, TN. Key Responsibilities Offer quick and accurate assistance to customers via live chat, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Live Chat Manager when appropriate Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately Promote interest in client products and services Consistently achieve established standards of the position Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed Essential Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in either a call center or customer service environment Maintain regular and predictable attendance Work cooperatively with others Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Positive attitude and professional demeanor Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role Ability to compose professional emails Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI (Artificial Intelligence) chatbots Strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills Process improvement mindset with a humble and "get it done" attitude Strong written and verbal communications skills in the English language Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
