Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via live chat in a timely and professional manner * Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience * Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams, ensuring seamless issue resolution * Proactively engaging with customers to offer assistance and product information, promoting our brand and services * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds * Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour * Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher * Escalation Rate: Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams within 15 minutes **Qualifications** To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * **Excellent written communication skills**: You will be responsible for communicating with customers through live chat, email, and other digital channels.
