You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively will make a significant impact on their experience. If you're a skilled problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary * Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Qualifications** To be successful as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need: * A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * PC keyboarding and internet experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role * Ability to compose professional emails (a plus) * Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English * Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) * An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality **Additional Information** As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Company equity program * Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance * Unlimited paid time off * Paid family leave * Short-term disability * 401k plan * Reimbursement for education and professional development * Employee assistance program **Available Shifts and Compensation** Available shifts are Monday through Friday, excluding Sundays and Saturdays.
