The Role: Customer Care Specialist II In this critical role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As a fully remote, work-from-home position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the support of our cutting-edge technology and comprehensive training program. Our shifts are flexible, with varying schedules to accommodate business needs, including nights and weekends. A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist II A typical day in this role will involve: Successfully troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Processing orders and entering data into our order entry system with accuracy and efficiency Tracking customer packages and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner Performing other duties as assigned, with a focus on continuous improvement and process enhancement Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you should possess: 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as contact centers, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing circumstances Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance, with a strong foundation in technical skills Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate, and flexibility during peak times A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace that meets our technical requirements, including wired, high-speed Internet, modem or router with Ethernet port, and a thin client that can connect directly (no satellite Internet or Wi-Fi) The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you should: Be self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for post-secondary education or relevant certifications Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
