Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels. Your key responsibilities will include: Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues to the relevant teams or management, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Liaising with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues, promoting a collaborative and customer-centric approach. Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, to drive continuous improvement. Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times, embodying the blithequark brand values. Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to inform product and service development. Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced, staying up-to-date with the latest developments. Attending workshops and meetings as required, contributing to your ongoing development and the team's success. Providing training to new customer service agents, sharing your expertise and experience to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Respecting client confidentiality at all times, upholding the highest standards of data protection and customer privacy. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: Essential Qualifications A high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field being advantageous. Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, may be required. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, although not essential, if you have relevant transferable skills. The ability to respond appropriately under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills. Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
