About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our clients, providing top-notch support across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone. You'll work with our clients' ticketing systems, such as Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Don't worry if you're new to these platforms – we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Handle customer support tickets of all tiers for our e-commerce clients Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media Work within client platforms, including ticketing systems, to resolve customer inquiries Complete basic administrative tasks as required by clients Maintain a high level of quality while meeting productivity standards What We Look For At blithequark, we're looking for customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
