Job Overview As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our site visitors, responding to their inquiries, and connecting them with our practice-based professionals. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all live chats are managed with care, professionalism, and a sense of urgency, ultimately driving sales growth and contributing to the achievement of our strategic goals. This is a computer-based role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations, and provide relevant information in accordance with approved scripts Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure exceptional customer service Follow our lead journey process, focusing on both quantity and quality, and collaborating with Leadership to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals Assist with practice location efforts, provide accurate information, qualify leads, and perform sales-related administrative tasks as needed Participate in training sessions, adhere to company policies, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and efficiency Engage in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our organization's values and goals. These include: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions Experience using a CRM tool, such as Intercom or Salesforce Typing speed of 60 words per minute Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or time zones in between), with flexibility to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) Preferred Qualifications and Skills In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates who possess: Previous experience in a similar role, such as a Live Chat Representative or Customer Service Agent Familiarity with sales principles, practices, and techniques Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate records Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Positive attitude, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
