About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Call Center Agent As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and personalized. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and leave them feeling valued and appreciated. Key Responsibilities: Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and professional manner Professionally responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information, and resolving issues efficiently Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management to ensure prompt resolution Following up on complicated customer interactions where required to ensure customer satisfaction Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently to maintain detailed records Developing rapport with customers, tailoring interactions to their needs, and providing an exceptional experience Offering solutions, not excuses, and taking ownership of customer issues to ensure resolution Essential Qualifications: 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred) 1 year of call center experience (preferred) Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required) Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required) Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a remote or call center environment Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service tools Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills (a plus) Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service attitude and a passion for helping others Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer Friendly, confident, and self-motivated, with a positive and upbeat attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Quick troubleshooter with a solutions-focused approach, able to think critically and outside the box Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
