Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless interactions with our site visitors. Your key responsibilities will include: Utilizing our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations, and provide relevant information in accordance with approved scripts. Managing multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, providing timely responses, and ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and professionalism. Following our lead journey process, collaborating with Leadership as needed, and assisting with practice location efforts to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals. Focusing on both quantity and quality, responding effectively to 100% of live chats, and having meaningful conversations with prospective patients to answer their questions and provide accurate information. Qualifying leads, assisting with sales-related administrative tasks, and participating in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Providing accurate information, including starting prices or other approved details, and ensuring that all interactions are compliant with company policies and procedures. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential and preferred qualifications: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Intercom or Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Typing speed of 60 words per minute, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between), with flexibility to work on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays. Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies and procedures.
