Experienced Live Chat Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Support and Driving Sales Growth at arenaflex

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective patients, and your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency will be crucial in delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving our sales objectives. Key Responsibilities In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations in real-time, responding to site visitor inquiries, and providing relevant information in accordance with approved scripts. Your primary goal will be to connect our site visitors with our practice-based Patient Leads (PLs), who will then work on booking them for in-person consultations. Key responsibilities include: Utilizing our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients and schedule them for in-clinic or virtual consultations Managing multiple chat-based conversations simultaneously while providing timely and accurate responses Following our lead journey process to ensure seamless and effective communication Focusing on both quantity and quality, responding to 100% of live chats and having meaningful conversations with prospective patients Collaborating with Leadership to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals, and assisting with PL efforts for other practice locations as needed Providing accurate information, including starting prices and other approved details, and qualifying leads to drive sales growth Assisting with sales-related administrative tasks and other ad hoc projects as assigned Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Essential qualifications include: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions Experience using a CRM tool, such as Intercom or Salesforce Typing speed of 60 words per minute Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred qualifications include: Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between) Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time Availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday (or both) Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our organization Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with site visitors and colleagues alike Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions Ability to learn new techniques and technologies quickly, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement.
