Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding support to our customers through multiple technologies, including live chat and web-based inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include: Resolving end-user inquiries in a timely and effective manner, utilizing your excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services. Providing complete and accurate information to customers on every live chat interaction, researching account activity and notes promptly and efficiently to ensure seamless experiences. Handling and resolving situations with customers in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Assisting management with special projects relating to customer service, contributing your expertise and ideas to drive continuous improvement. Responding to all inbound chats and assisting management for the entire shift, with exception of assigned break times, to ensure uninterrupted support to our customers. Handling multiple job tasks at one time, prioritizing tasks effectively, and escalating issues in a timely manner to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. Requirements To succeed as a Live Chat Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements: Willingness to accept a temporary assignment and adapt to our fast-paced environment. Minimum of 3 months live chat experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Ability to pass a typing speed test and type 50 WPM, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. At least 1 year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a large Call Center environment as a chat agent, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Ability to sit and work at a desk and on the computer for extended periods, maintaining a quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled shift. Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills. Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English (equivalent to CEF B2 level or above), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in basic math and reading skills. Must be at least 18 years old, with a mature and professional approach to customer support. Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs, with a flexible and adaptable attitude. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet, along with basic data entry and word processing skills, with a strong ability to learn new systems and technologies. Must reside within an approved state, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements.
